Key Responsibilities

+ Knows and follows all safety policies and procedures. Ensures that co-workers are also following safety rules.

+ Commitment, awareness and involvement pertaining to ISO (policy, standards, procedures, etc.) are requirements of all employees.

+ Performs Pre-Use inspections on all lift trucks prior to first use each shift.

+ Safely operates forklift with all attachments – fork, turn-a-fork, clamp & probe.

+ Handles product with care to avoid damage to material or storage racks.

+ Verifies product packaging and labeling; collaborates with shift supervisor to correct discrepancies.

+ Keeps warehouse organized by moving products to assigned areas or reassigning areas as needed.

+ Coordinates transportation of finished goods, WIP materials, packaging, and supplies between machine centers and warehouse.

+ Assists with wrapping of materials off machines as needed.

+ Implements and sustains 5S within the warehouse.

+ Monitors lift drivers to ensure safety and organization of materials.

+ Utilizes computer systems to track inventory, update material movement logs, and generate basic reports.

+ Operates warehouse management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support daily operations.

+ All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

+ One to two years of related experience and/or training.

+ At least one year of previous forklift experience required.

+ Valid driver's license required.

+ Basic computer proficiency required, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

+ Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software is a plus.
