What We Want The Administrative Coordinator I participates and assists the Executive Assistant in the planning and execution of administrative operations for Sponsored Research Services (SRS) which includes facilitating leadership communication efforts, coordinating leadership initiatives and projects, and general administrative support. Coordinates the maintenance and review of executive presentations, reports, and other applicable documents. Coordinates Associate Executive Director (AED) calendars and manages day-to-day administrative tasks. Serves as liaison between SRS leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Two years of related experience in general office or clerical work.
Required Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
+ Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
+ Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
+ Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Seven years of experience in general office or clerical work, including previous supervisory experience.
+ Ability to work in a high stress environment.
+ Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
+ Ability to work independently once given a project.
+ Proven experience in high-level administrative roles, with a strong focus on executive support.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
+ Executive Assistant Support (Leadership-Related Duties)- Participates and assists the Executive Assistant in the planning and execution of administrative operations for Sponsored Research Services (SRS) which includes facilitating leadership communication efforts, coordinating leadership initiatives and projects, and general administrative support. Coordinates the maintenance and review of executive presentations, reports, and other applicable documents. Assists in implementing policies and administrative practices.
+ Support to Associate Executive Directors (AEDs)- Coordinates Associate Executive Director (AED) calendars and manages day-to-day administrative tasks. Provides and manages AED documents and projects. Coordinates meetings, events, and travel arrangements for SRS leadership. Performs ad hoc tasks and special projects as requested by leadership.
+ Liaison and Communications- Serves as liaison between SRS leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.
