Pay Range: $25-$28/hr, 40 Hrs/Week
MUST HAVE:
Seeking a strong coordinator who can pivot across various projects
Must have excellent internal and external communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook and scheduling
ATS experience is a plus; Oracle experience is a bonus
This is strictly a coordinator role, not a recruiter position
Must be comfortable using phone, text, email, and Teams (on personal device)
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Johnston, RI, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Experience with AI interview tools like Paradox is a plus
Responsible for updating interview schedules
Interview volume varies: initiates 5–20 interviews per day
Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience
Interview process includes 2 rounds, virtual or in-person
Training will overlap with a colleague; ideal start is ASAP for optimal training window
Main Responsibilities Include:
• Schedule interviews, which may include one to one or several interviewers for entry level to senior level positions, reserve conference rooms, set up video conference, manage and communicate travel arrangements, process expense reimbursements and create itineraries and communications.
• Confirm start dates with candidates and hiring managers to initiate hire and preboarding actions while offering a smooth transition to the Human Resources Shared Services team for new hire support.
• Provide quality check or support to recruiters with offer letter creation process.
• Provide support to the recruiting team and candidates who require assistance to complete actions in the recruiting applicant tracking system (MCI) such as applying and completing online offer acceptance, escalate issues and trends appropriately.
• Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate problem solving ability when assisting candidates, recruiting and hiring
