Our client, a leader in the industrial adhesive sector, is seeking a Machine Operators and Packaging Roles to join their team. As a Machine Operator and Packaging Roles, you will be part of the production team supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator Mixing and Packaging Roles

**Location:** Springfield, MO

**Pay Range:** $17-18.25 per hour Days or Nights 10-12 hour shifts

OT Mandatory

What's the Job?

+ Produce and mix products in the plant while ensuring production standards are met.

+ Finalize material and prepare them for shipping, observing all safety procedures.

+ Monitor the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met.

+ Load/unload material into and from equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work area.

+ Perform data entry and record required tests, adjusting processes as necessary to meet quality specifications.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or GED required.

+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or packaging role.

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to follow process standards to ensure quality product is produced.

+ Strong communication and writing skills.

+ Ability to work as a team member, sharing information and assisting others.
