Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Risk Data Delivery Lead to join their team. As a Risk Data Delivery Lead, you will be part of the Operational Risk Data Integration and Delivery team supporting critical analytics and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Risk Data Delivery Lead

**Location:** Charlotte, NC

**Pay Range:** $50 - $57/hr (Only W2)

What's the Job?

+ Support daily jobs that populate data sets and monitor for enhancements.

+ Integrate data into CARAT (Centralized Aggregated Risk and Analytics Tools) and RDS (Risk Data System).

+ Collaborate with Product Owners to update data sets for enhanced analytics and reporting.

+ Lead analysis of various features, perform code reviews, and support group sessions.

+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of data processes.

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of relevant professional experience in data delivery and analytics.

+ Strong SQL ETL Data Modeling experience is essential.

+ Experience with Big Data technologies, specifically Hadoop and Hive.

+ Proven ability to lead data integration projects and communicate effectively.

+ 4-year degree and relevant cloud certifications are required.
