    What will you be doing?

     

    + Efficiently managing a team consisting of entry-level, semi-skilled, and skilled personnel.

    + Directs work group or department to assure on-time production and/or delivery.

    + Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency.

    + Training/cross-training employees on products/machinery and company policies.

    + Responsible for teaching safe work practices, good housekeeping procedures and seeing that they are adhered to.

    + Ensures safety of employees by proactively identifying safety concerns and resolving open incidents in a timely manner.

    + Responsible for maintaining quality standards.

    + Responsible for maintaining high employee morale and positive relationships.

    + Responsible for controlling absenteeism, scrap and waste.

     

    What do you bring?

     

    + Proficient using Microsoft Office tools, Excel, Word and Outlook

    + 1 year experience in supervisory role in manufacturing environment
