Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Functional Technical Analyst to join their team. As a Functional Technical Analyst, you will be part of the Treasury Department supporting various business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Functional Technical Analyst

**Location:** Jersey City, NJ

**Pay Range:** $63 - $68.26/hr (Only W2)

What's the Job?

+ Define end-to-end business functional requirements to support target business processes within Treasury.

+ Create and maintain business requirements in partnership with stakeholders and obtain necessary sign-offs.

+ Work closely with developers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and manage functional delivery from inception to implementation.

+ Establish strong relationships with business units to ensure alignment with project management resources.

+ Contribute to the design and development of the project-level roadmap, ensuring business benefits are realized.

What's Needed?

+ 10+ years of experience with at least 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.

+ Experience with ETL/Informatica and a strong understanding of Capital Markets, particularly in Credit Risk and Market Risk.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

+ Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to work across multiple business groups.

+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
