    Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Executive Assistant II to join their team. As an Executive Assistant II, you will be part of the Business Intelligence and Transaction Risk department supporting the Vice President. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Executive Assistant II

    **Location:** Seattle, WA - onsite

    **Duration:** 12 Months on W2

    **Pay Range:** $32/hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively amidst a high volume of requests.

    + Monitor and track the Vice President's meetings, priorities, and emails, acting as a proxy when necessary.

    + Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for the Vice President.

    + Handle multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and preparation of documentation.

    + Provide comprehensive administrative support functions to enhance the efficiency of the office.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 6+ years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs or CEOs).

    + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.

    + Impeccable attention to detail and ability to make smart, timely decisions.

    + High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
