Our client, a leading player in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the commercial team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Ensure high customer satisfaction by managing customer orders and requests throughout the entire order to cash process.

+ Provide superlative order entry, customer account maintenance, and management of all aspects of customer orders from receipt through payment.

+ Engage with internal stakeholders to support customer requests and ensure high delivery service levels.

+ Handle quality and service complaints, ensuring quick resolution and follow-up with internal stakeholders.

+ Participate in projects related to Order to Cash process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of Customer Service.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma.

+ 3+ years of customer service experience.

+ Experience with SAP (order entry and materials management) and supply chain.

+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage crises effectively.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
