    Our client is seeking a Legal & Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As a Legal & Real Estate Administrative Coordinator, you will be part of the administrative support team, assisting with various tasks that are crucial for the success of the real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Legal & Real Estate Administrative Coordinator

    **Location:** Little Rock, Arkansas (2 days onsite/3 days remote)

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with assignments for the real estate team, including title review, construction drawings, leases, and agreements.

    + Manage and assign approximately 130-150 requests weekly, ensuring that pending requests are completed in a timely manner.

    + Maintain a basic understanding of real estate documents and legal concepts.

    + Utilize Google Sheets and Excel for reporting and tracking purposes.

    + Support the team with administrative tasks while ensuring organization and efficiency.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree required.

    + 5-7 years of experience in a similar administrative role.

    + Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Experience with contracts, agreements, and amendments, including reviewing and drafting.

    + Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
