    Grants Compliance Coordinator– Frederick, MD Nonprofit - $28-$32 per/hour

    Do you bring experience in:

    • Administering and monitoring financials

    •Successfully Building and Maintaining relational databases?

    •Assisting others in navigating applications and data management systems?

     

    This rewarding role is instrumental in the provision of philanthropic resources that benefit our community. As the Grants Compliance Coordinator, you will support the appropriate distribution of resources to proven-effective programs and ensure that targeted outcomes are being met. Work collaboratively with a dedicated team and serve as integral support to overall organizational goals.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A bachelor’s degree

    • 3+ years of data management across multiple organizations

    • Experience with grant applications a plus, but not necessary

    • Project management skills, effective planning and follow through

    • A numbers person – previous bookkeeping or accounting experience

    • Expertise with relational databases: data entry, data tracking and analysis

    • Strong communication skills

    • Proficiency with MS Office and data management systems
