    Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 2, you will be part of the CapEx team supporting critical hardware planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a knack for problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Program Manager Tech 2

    **Location:** Remote - PST preferred

    **Pay Range:** $40/hr - $45/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Interface with the Network Hardware Planning team on capacity plans, capex requests, tech transitions, and other technical matters for timely hardware deployment.

    + Develop intelligent PBIs that serve as enabling tools for communication with Supply Chain partners.

    + Manage critical manual weekly/monthly processes and drive automation/simplification by directly interacting with engineering.

    + Assist in driving system fixes and implementing enhancements for data disconnects to improve accuracy of capex and spend in all segments in Networking.

    + Contribute to supply supportability analyses and inventory-related validations while working on improving current PBIs and dashboards.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum 4 overall years of experience in the field.

    + BA/MA in Industrial Engineering required.

    + Data analytics experience in the CapEx planning space.

    + Strong skills in PowerBI, SQL, and Excel (minimum 2+ years experience).

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
