    Our client, a leader in the healthcare technology sector, is seeking a Sr. Counsel, Product/Ecosystem to join their team. As a Sr. Counsel, you will be part of the legal department supporting product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, effective interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of contract negotiation which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sr. Counsel, Product/Ecosystem

    **Location:** Remote

    **Pay Range:** $60-$68 hr.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Establish trusted business partner relationships with product, engineering, risk, compliance, and other teams to provide practical and actionable advice on full product lifecycle matters.

    + Act as the lead legal advisor and provide strategic legal input to product, engineering, compliance, and quality teams on product compliance and data privacy issues globally.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, quality, compliance, and business teams to ensure product alignment with legal frameworks.

    + Draft and lead negotiations with ecosystem partners on a variety of agreements, including inbound product agreements and co-marketing agreements.

    + Stay abreast of the latest developments in applicable laws, regulations, and industry trends and lead efforts to apply those to products and operations.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + J.D.; member in good standing of a state Bar.

    + 3+ years of experience as product counsel.

    + 7+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial transactions.

    + Strong contract negotiation skills and understanding of legal and business terms.

    + Ability to independently set and communicate prioritized goals and timelines to internal customers.
