Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Finance Risk Analyst to join their team. As a Finance Risk Analyst, you will be part of the Risk Management department supporting various trading teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Finance Risk Analyst

Position type: 9+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

Pay Range: $50/hr on W2

What's the Job?

+ Act as the first point of contact for business requests and reported impacts.

+ Monitor and alert critical trading system environments to ensure operational stability.

+ Implement releases and conduct post-release testing to validate system performance.

+ Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders and technical teams.

+ Troubleshoot complex systems issues and proactively identify problem hotspots.

What's Needed?

+ Experience supporting traders in a high-pressure trading environment.

+ Proficiency in operating systems such as Solaris, Linux, and Windows.

+ Familiarity with scripting languages including Unix Shell, Perl, Python, and SQL.

+ Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management processes.

+ Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent issues and requests effectively.
