Our client, a leader in the sports equipment industry, is seeking a Temp Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Temp Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Sales Operations department supporting the Warranty Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Temp Customer Service Rep
**Location:** Caledonia, MN
Pay Range: $19/hour
What's the Job?
+ Communicate with end consumers regarding warranty claims via phone and email.
+ Provide answers to general and technical product questions with a focus on bat warranties.
+ Update consumer emails regarding return statuses and ensure timely order shipping.
+ Process new return labels and check return statuses for customers.
+ Coordinate with the warehouse team to expedite and prioritize orders as needed.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
+ Minimum 2 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
+ Strong verbal communication skills and professionalism in customer interactions.
+ Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and JD Edwards.
