    Our client, a leading organization in the wholesale distribution industry, is seeking a Sales Support Rep to join their team. As a Sales Support Rep, you will be part of the finance department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sales Support Rep

    **Location:** Vernon, CA

    **Pay Range:** $23-25

    **Duration:** Till the end of June (may be extended)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Investigate, manage, and resolve discrepancies in customer payments, focusing on trade promotional deductions taken from invoices.

    + Analyze data and conduct forensic audits of invoices and account contracts.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to issue credits and debits to major, high-volume accounts.

    + Research and reconcile short payments and deductions related to trade and non-trade promotional allowances for major retail accounts.

    + Contact customers to clarify deduction claims and gather supporting documentation.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

    + Exceptional math skills and demonstrated knowledge of core accounting concepts and processes.

    + Strong computer skills for data entry and the ability to learn new programs.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear and professional phone and email etiquette.

    + Ability to analyze customer issues and needs and respond efficiently.
