• Commercial HVAC Technician

    Our client, a leader in the HVAC/R industry, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Commercial HVAC Technician

    **Location:** Olympia, WA

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate, inspect, and maintain refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to ensure efficient operation.

    + Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility systems and equipment.

    + Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.

    + Complete hazard assessments and maintain compliance with safety procedures and regulations.

    + Utilize CMMS systems for work order management and submit daily administrative reports.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R.

    + Type II EPA Certification and any required licenses.

    + Basic experience with plumbing, electrical systems, and production equipment repair.

    + Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.
