Our client, a leader in smart energy and utility solutions, is seeking a Marketing Project Management Specialist to join their team.
As a Marketing Project Management Specialist, you will be part of the Enterprise Engineering Department supporting the Smart Energy – Smart Grid Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive, results-driven mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Hybrid Position!
**Pay Range:** $35–$40/hr
What’s the Job?
+ Manage integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution
+ Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors
+ Analyze customer data and campaign performance using marketing tools
+ Develop creative briefs and oversee creative production
+ Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
What’s Needed?
+ Minimum 3 years of marketing project management experience in a fast-paced setting
+ Proficiency in Office365 and digital marketing tools
+ Ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to launch
+ Analyze campaign/customer data and use analytics tools
+ Liaise with stakeholders/vendors, ensure deadlines and budget targets are met
+ Highly organized with keen attention to detail
