About this role:
This position will lead the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program for Wells Fargo’s Philanthropy and Community Impact (PCI) group to determine CRA eligible investments/grants and volunteer service hours. In 2024 the Wells Fargo gave $280M in grants and employees volunteered over 800K hours. This individual contributor will serve as a CRA subject matter expert, conduct quality control testing, provide reporting and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, can office in **Charlotte, NC** ; **Dallas, TX** ; **Minneapolis, MN** ; **St. Louis, MO** ; **Tempe, AZ** ; or **West Des Moines, IA** and does not offer relocation assistance. In this role, you will:
+ Lead PCI’s CRA program and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
+ Identify and evaluate eligible investments/grants and volunteer service hours
+ Conduct quality control testing and validate the accuracy of data reported
+ Collaborate with CRA Analysts to define and implement qualification criteria
+ Identify alignment gaps, potential issues and identify solutions to mitigate errors
+ Partner with technology to guide and test system enhancements
+ Review business processes and provide recommendations that simplify and create efficiencies
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ Experience supporting Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience evaluating CRA-eligible investments/grants and volunteer service hours
+ Experience establishing quality assurance standards, guidelines and procedures
+ Experience with CRA data analysis, mapping and geocoding
+ Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
+ Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
