Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Administrator to join the Writs & Levies Quality Control team in the Deposit and Legal Services department as part of Global Operations. In this role you will:
+ Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group complex quality assurance and assess problems and issues to ensure activities follow the necessary internal and external regulatory and risk management practices
+ Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools
+ Perform or guide others on complex development of new concepts, techniques and standards that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
+ Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to team
+ Lead or contribute to reviews including analysis and trending of findings, proposed recommendations for change to impact future quality, test development and reporting on results
+ Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and functional are
+ Coach lower-level analysts on quality assurance, department operations, procedures and policies
Schedule:
+ Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (CST)
+ Schedule subject to change based on business needs
Training:
+ You will receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.
+ Training will be for 2-4 weeks. Training hours are 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (CST). You are required to attend the full duration of this paid 2-4 weeks of training.
+ Your regular work schedule will be based on business need and may include working at least one weekend day and some holidays.
Required Qualifications:
+ 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in legal order processing
+ Experience with Wells Fargo systems, 1LLG (One Liens, Levies, Garnishments), and Hogan
+ Leadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoring
+ Ability to identify potential operational issues and legal risks
+ Proven ability to drive risk and change management
+ Demonstrated experience in trend analysis and recommending appropriate changes to identify and address root cause
+ Proven analytical skills and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
+ Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
+ Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
+ Ability to read and interpret legal documents
+ Ability to perform general operation processing works
+ Solid knowledge and understanding of legal terms and processes
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
