    Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Senior Manager in Human Resources as part of the Conduct Analytics & Reporting (CAR) team within Conduct Management (CM). The manager will report into the leader of CAR-Program Enablement and lead the CAR-Secondary Review team in executing secondary review processes across CAR database and non-database environments/products. Additionally, the manager will continue to enhance the secondary review process via streamlining reviews, portfolio prioritization, and utilization of development and workflow automation.

    In this role, you will:

    + Manage the CAR Secondary Review process supporting the CM group to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives

    + Ensure the completion of data quality risk-mitigating activities including code development and testing, post-implementation testing, etc. ensuring products are operating as intended and free from material defects

    + Enhance the secondary review process and workflow utilizing automated routines and techniques enabling improved utilization of capacity and turnaround times

    + Work in partnership with other leaders in the CAR organization to drive change and mentor/develop employees who have diverse skillsets and backgrounds

    + Be proficient in engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders

    + Participate in Audit engagements, as needed, by providing detailed responses, overview discussions and walkthroughs

    + Manage and develop a team of individual contributors to enhance business management and execute on key initiatives and processes

    + Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements

    + Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

    Required Qualifications:

    + 6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    + 3+ years of management or leadership experience

    Desired Qualifications:

    + 4+ years of experience in data modeling, data integrity, and data quality with best practice design concepts

    + 5+ years of data quality assurance experience

    + 4+ years of BI Reporting tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI preferred)

    + 5+ years of Teradata/Big Data

    + 5+ years of SQL or SAS experience

    + Experience with Development tools (JIRA, Github, etc.)

    + Experience with cloud-based databases

    + Ability to leverage and/or implement automation activities into existing processes for enhanced capacity and output

    + Experience managing virtually, including leading on and offshore employees

    + Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

    + Strong analytical skills with high diligence and accuracy

    + Direct experience managing team of data consultant/analysts producing high quality, and compliant results

    + Experience attracting, retaining, developing, and motivating high performing teams who work well under pressure

    + Experience leading in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven environment

    + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    Job Expectations:

    + Position location uptown Charlotte, NC or West Des Moines, IA

    + Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement
