About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an **Operations Senior Manager** within C **ommercial Banking Operations- Commercial Capital** .
The Operations Senior Manager is responsible for providing day to day support for a multi-location **Asset Based Lending (ABL)** operations loan servicing team. The major tasks consist of participation settlements, LIBOR/Tranche setups, and supporting internal and external clients and partners. The individual will also be responsible for learning an in-house, Asset Based Lending (ABL) loan system called LUCAS, (Loan Underwriting Collateral Analysis System).
In this role, you will:
+ Manage a multi-location staff of 6 to10 Commercial Loan Servicing Representatives
+ Support external clients and partners which include Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and Collateral team members
+ Review and implement processes to maximize efficiency of the team
+ Closely monitor work performance and provide specific direction in order to maximize team member effectiveness and efficiency
+ Comply with all service level agreements (SLA)
+ Review and approve all daily work for accuracy
+ Review and complete all required end-of-day (EOD) and end-of-month (EOM) tasks
+ Prepare and participate in end-of-month (EOM) financial variance meetings
+ Minimize and eliminate errors including operational losses
+ Participate in all required projects and meetings
+ Participate in all LUCAS operational enhancement meetings and user acceptance testing (UAT) systems testing
+ Provide training to staff as needed
+ Complete semi-annual and annual performance reviews
Required Qualifications:
+ 6+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of experience in Commercial Lending to include experience with Asset Based Lending (ABL)
+ 4+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
+ Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including management
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Advanced Microsoft Office skills
+ Process efficiency experience, including process assessment and recommendations for improvement
+ Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
+ Understanding of Asset Based Lending (ABL) documents and principles
