    Open Position: Full Time Driver

     

    Available Shifts: Sunday - Thursday | 8:30AM - 4:30PM

     

    Required: Current and clean drivers license/motor history

    • What You’ll Do:

    + Assist residents to and from appointments

    + Participate in fun outings (dinners out, plays, and special events)

    + Be a reliable and cheerful presence while driving

    • Bonus if you have:

    + Previous Driving Experience in senior living

    + Previous Assisted Living or Memory Care experience

    The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, courteous and efficient transportation services for the residents of the Community.

     

    Areas of Responsibility

     

    + Drive residents to outings, health care appointments, banking and other activities as determined by the Lifestyle Director/Concierge and the Executive Director.

    + Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle. Assist in loading packages, boxes, sacks, etc.

    + Coordinate Community transportation services ensuring the maintenance of the vehicles and adherence to the transportation budget and expenditures as directed.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    + Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

    + Must possess good judgment, time management, decision making, and safety awareness skills.

    + Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.

    + Must possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) if required) for the state where the vehicle is operated.

    + Must have an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) record; the record must be checked annually.

    + The Community is a drug free workplace.
