    + Excellent Communication Skills

    + Motivator - Self Starter

    + Marketing with Social Media experience is a plus

    + Comfortable with face to face interaction with customers

    + Someone who is willing to work every Saturday (Sundays OFF)

    + Risk Taker

    + Someone who is confident and not afraid to think out of the box to drive customers through the door

    + Team Player

    + Sales experience is a plus but not required

     

    What is the gig?

     

    + Selling manufactured, modular and TINY HOMES

    + You do NOT need a real estate license

    + Provide excellent customer service skills

    + Keep up with marketing and posting ads

    + Help customers get qualified and scale their budget
