As a **Security Professional - Industrial Facility** in **Zeeland, MI** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, interacting with employees and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. Your role is essential in supporting a secure environment through teamwork and a caring approach.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.

+ Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing for unusual or suspicious behavior.

+ Document and report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
