As a **Security Professional - Front Desk Patrol** in **San Antonio, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more .

As a Front Desk professional in a residential location, you will be responsible for monitoring access points, assisting residents and visitors, and providing a welcoming presence. Your role involves remaining visible at the front desk to help to deter security-related incidents and responding promptly to inquiries or concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach. Your presence helps create a secure and comfortable environment for all residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for residential locations.

+ Monitor access to the building, verifying the identity of visitors and assisting with entry procedures as needed.

+ Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.

+ Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with property management and emergency services as required.

+ Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and staff to address inquiries and provide information about building policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ Texas Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
