    Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring an **Experienced System Engineer – Integration, Verification & Validation** for the Puget Sound area.

     

    This candidate will be able to combine the deep expertise and resources of the entire Boeing enterprise with the flexibility and fast pace of a small company setting; will have abundant opportunities to lead and collaborate with people from all over the world to create and deliver innovative complex technical problems while maintaining compliance with US and Foreign regulations regarding aircraft development, production (including delivery), maintenance, supplier engagement and flight operations.

     

    This position can be based at our **Everett WA** or **Tukwila, WA** location.

    Position** **Responsibilities:

    + BeanintegralpartofsupportingtheKC-46modelforin-service,in-productionandunderdevelopmentissues&opportunities

    + Leadcross-functionalteamstoevaluate,coordinate,implementandensureengineeringdesignandretrofitchangesmeetoperationalandfunctionalrequirementsin supportofcustomerexpectationsandoverallprogramobjectives

    + Leadcross-functionaltechnicalintegrationinsupportofresolvingcomplex issuestohelpdeliverairplanes,returnairplanesintoservice,resolvesupplychainissues,mitigaterisks,actualizeopportunities,etc.

    + Leadcross-functionalintegrationandtechnicalprojectmanagementinsupportofdeliveryandproductionstreamsustainability

    + Leaddetailedinvestigationstoensuresystemintegration,compliancewithrequirementsandtoprecludesafetyissues

    + Leadandintegratetheenhancementofbusinessandenterprisetoolsand/orprocessestoenableefficient performanceofengineeringtasks

    + CommunicateroutinelywithInternalandExternalCustomers(peers,stakeholders,seniorandexecutiveleadership)

    + CommunicatefrequentlywithRegulatorsand/orSuppliers

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations.

     

    This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

    + 5+years'experienceperformingcomplexengineeringorintegrationwork

    Summary pay range: $104,550 - $141,450
