The Boeing Company is currently seeking a **Senior Contract Management Specialist** to join the team in **Tukwila or Everett, WA** .

The selected candidate will focus primarily on intellectual property and data rights projects that arise during proposal preparation and execution of, prime contracts with the United States Government. They will support Commercial Derivative Aircraft (CDA) Programs in Puget Sound with additional Data Rights expertise.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Exercises appropriate signature authority, leads, and participates in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies

+ Leads the presentation and development of complex business solutions to preserve and expand the business

+ Represents the company in external negotiations to a broad set of customers

+ Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements of a complex nature for The Boeing Company

+ Leads coordination and partnership with other internal functional disciplines

+ Summarizes complex contractual issues, and leads development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 5+ years of experience with contract management and/or intellectual property licensing

+ 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and/or executing complex contracts and subcontracts

+ 3+ years of experience working with cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Experience with intellectual property licensing, assessing risk in intellectual property use

+ Experience working with commercial, government and/or international contracts

+ Experience providing guidance to all levels of management on contractual rights and obligations, risk avoidance and mitigation, strategy, and problem solving

+ Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)

+ Strong organization skills and high attention to detail

+ Capability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $107,100 – $144,900
