    The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior System Design & Integration Specialist** to join our team in Kent, WA; Bellevue, WA; Everett, WA; Seattle, WA; Tukwila, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; or North Charleston, SC.

     

    We are looking for a Senior Storage Feature System Design & Integration Specialist who possesses in-depth knowledge of block, file, and object storage technologies, combined with robust Product Management capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing feature management and governance of scalable storage solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our core values and business goals. Candidates should also have experience in financial management, product lifecycle management, and collaboration with sourced vendors.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on market trends and customer feedback

    + Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new storage products and enhancements to existing offerings

    + Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials for internal teams and customers

    + Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, translating their needs into actionable product requirements and enhancements

    + Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

    + Provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales and post-sales activities, assisting sales teams in addressing customer inquiries and technical challenges

    + Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the storage solutions market

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Storage

    + Experience with designing and implementing solutions (e.g. client/ server, storage, network, cloud, information security concepts, etc.)

    + Experience with various storage type and use cases – file, block, & object, SATA, HDDs, cloud based storage

    + Experience investigating and documenting emerging technology trends and products

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    + Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Summary pay range: $120,700 – $174,800
