Description We are looking for a success-driven and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining positive relationships. Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency, ranging from 5 to 20 calls per day depending on the season.
• Process invoices daily for shipments dispatched the previous day, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and provide updates to customers regarding delivery timelines.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the system, maintaining data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve order or inventory issues by collaborating with the organization manager or shipping department.
• Communicate with the purchasing manager to address stock availability and supply needs.
• Manage email correspondence related to customer inquiries, orders, and scheduling.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic approach when delivering challenging news to customers, ensuring professionalism.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to track and organize customer and order data effectively. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Proficiency in data entry and order processing systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including email correspondence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with customers while maintaining professionalism.
• A motivated and quick learner, eager to adapt to new processes and systems.
• A positive and approachable demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
