Description We are looking for an entry-level Recruiter to join our team in Bloomington, Minnesota, on a long-term contract basis. This role involves managing the recruitment process, sourcing talented candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities:
• Identify and source potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Administer candidate assessments, review results, and provide insights to hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update candidate dispositions throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with hiring leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate on additional projects during downtime, including preparation for open enrollment and other organizational initiatives.
• Manage the recruitment process for a variety of roles, including technology, operations, facilities, and instructional design positions.
• Facilitate offer management and ensure timely communication with candidates regarding employment opportunities.
• Escalate issues or challenges to senior team members for resolution as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems and CRM platforms to manage candidate data and workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP Workforce Now or ADP Enterprise.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to ensure accuracy in records and processes.
• Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and providing actionable recommendations.
• Experience conducting background checks and managing cold-calling efforts.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
