Description We are looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team in Villa Park, Illinois. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and fluency in both Spanish and English to ensure seamless communication across all responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients, both in person and over the phone.
• Process monthly payments from merchants and coordinate delivery to the bookkeeper.
• Maintain and update client records in both physical and digital formats with a high level of accuracy.
• Perform general office duties, including sorting, filing, and organizing documentation.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring attentive and efficient communication.
• Schedule appointments and handle email correspondence to support daily operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, such as Outlook and Word, to prepare and manage various documents.
• Adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities in a small-business environment, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness. Requirements • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and conversation.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, office administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain orderly records and workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word for managing documentation and correspondence.
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to adhere to a fixed schedule.
• All candidates are required to undergo a check to verify eligibility for the role.
• Comfort working in a small-business setting that requires adaptability and multitasking.
