Description

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our client's team in Tigard, Oregon. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation tasks. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy and organization. This position is being sourced as a temporary position with the potential for temp-to-hire.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily sales journals for two locations, including work orders, invoices, and sales invoices, using Excel.

• Perform extensive data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Manage accounts payable operations, including processing 400-500 invoices per week and performing three-way matching.

• Conduct weekly check runs and handle large-dollar transactions with high invoice volume per vendor.

• Reconcile multiple visa statements, including seven cards, and gas statements.

• Scan, save, and file all necessary documentation for organized record maintenance.

Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and bank reconciliations.

• Advanced data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

• Expertise in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks.

• Ability to manage high-volume transactions efficiently.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
