    We are looking for an experienced and driven Accounting Manager/Lead to join a great company located in South of Houston! This role will support the Controller and play a critical part in maintaining compliance, managing reporting, and fostering team development. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and a commitment to excellence in financial management. Great collaborative environment!!

    Accounting Manager/Lead Responsibilities:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in adherence to established accounting standards and guidelines.

    • Supervise daily accounting operations, including ledger updates, journal entries, and reconciliation activities.

    • Provide essential support for audits by compiling documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    • Analyze and compile detailed schedules to support financial statements, including balance sheets and income reports.

    Requirements

    Accounting Manager/Lead Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    • 3+ years of full cycle GL accounting through financial statement preparation

    • Ability and willingness to review work of Staff
