Description

Are you a detail-oriented, organized individual looking to grow your career in property management? We are seeking a Leasing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to help drive operational excellence and provide exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage document tracking and maintain clear, accurate records for all leasing activities and resident documentation — requires strong organizational skills.

+ Process and track applications efficiently and accurately while adhering to community policies.

+ Help plan and execute events for residents, fostering community engagement and satisfaction.

+ Actively monitor emails and online applications, respond to online leads, and schedule appointments promptly to drive leasing efforts.

+ Communicate with potential tenants and existing residents in a positive, welcoming manner.

+ Regularly check online maintenance work orders, assign tasks to the appropriate team members, and ensure all completed work orders are closed out.

+ Prepare final walk-throughs with designated team members, ensuring units meet standards for move-ins.

Requirements

+ 2-3 years' experience in residential leasing or property management preferred.

+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

+ Strong customer service and communication skills.

+ Proficiency with property management software (Appfolio or Yardi)
