Description We are looking for a dedicated Senior Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of community associations in Draper, Utah. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage financial operations, maintain property standards, and foster positive relationships with residents and board members. The ideal candidate will bring strategic planning expertise and a proven ability to lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of community associations, including townhomes and condominiums, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to regulations.

• Provide guidance and recommendations to Boards of Directors on business operations and community management.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to support the long-term goals of the associations.

• Supervise the preparation and oversight of budgets, financial statements, and reserve studies.

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of common areas, ensuring vendor contracts are well-managed and compliance with local regulations.

• Ensure adherence to governing documents, state statutes, and local ordinances across all managed communities.

• Facilitate effective communication with residents, board members, and vendors to address concerns and maintain transparency.

• Organize and attend association meetings, including preparing board packets, agendas, and calendars.

• Resolve issues and conflicts involving investors, residents, and board members in a meticulous and timely manner.

• Lead and supervise staff, including Community Association Managers (CAMs), to ensure operational excellence. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in community association management or related fields.

• Knowledge of HOA regulations and practices, including governing documents and compliance requirements.

• Experience in commercial property management and familiarity with industry standards.

• Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and their application within community associations.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, board members, and vendors.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial statements, and long-term strategic plans.

• Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.

• Ability to handle conflict resolution and problem-solving with attention to detail.
