    Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing full-cycle accounts payable processes and ensures compliance with established policies. You will play a pivotal role in supporting accurate financial operations and monthly accruals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of full-cycle accounts payable, including coding invoices, data entry, and reviewing expense reports.

    • Ensure adherence to company travel policies and provide guidance to team members regarding compliance.

    • Prepare and propose monthly accounts payable accruals to support accurate financial reporting.

    • Assist with month-end processes, including accrual calculations and expense reconciliations.

    • Utilize NetSuite and Concur for expense report management and contribute to optimizing related workflows.

    • Collaborate on building out the purchasing module in NetSuite to enhance operational efficiency.

    • Audit and review accounts payable transactions to maintain accuracy and compliance.

    • Process payments through automated clearing house (ACH) systems and ensure timely completion.

    • Support the team by alleviating day-to-day processing tasks to streamline operations. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and expense report management.

    • Proficiency in accounting software systems such as NetSuite and Concur.

    • Strong understanding of accrual accounting and monthly financial reporting.

    • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and purchasing modules.

    • Ability to adhere to and enforce company policies, particularly travel-related guidelines.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Knowledge of automated clearing house (ACH) systems and payment processing.

    • Prior experience in auditing and reviewing financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
