Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Santa Ana, California. This role is based on-site and involves working in the construction industry. As a part of our team, you will be primarily handling customer interactions, maintaining data accuracy, and contributing to the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and answering inbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites and other proprietary CRM tools to maintain and update customer records.
• Reviewing and marking up drawings sent in by customers as part of their inquiries (training will be provided).
• Writing and proposing solutions to customer queries (training will be provided).
• Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings as required.
• Ensuring the seamless flow of information within the team by coordinating with other departments.
• Participating in the estimations process (training will be provided).
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls to maintain customer relationships.
• Managing data entry tasks and maintaining the accuracy of customer information.
• Contributing to inside sales activities without the need for closing deals.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing quality customer service.
• Prior experience in a call center setting is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to correspond professionally via email with customers.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.
• Experience with order entry and processing.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently.
• Previous experience in inside sales is a plus.
