Robert Half is looking for an experienced In-House Counsel to join a team based in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. As In Counsel Your Responsibilities will include but aren't limited too:

• Manage small litigation cases, employment claims, and filings in Pennsylvania state and federal courts.

• Handle subpoenas and depositions while coordinating with outside counsel in various states.

• Provide legal advice to senior executive management on issues related to legal rights, compliance, and emerging laws.

• Investigate and respond to employee complaints and claims, whether filed internally, with governmental agencies, or in lawsuits.

• Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal agreements, including employment, vendor, and service contracts.

• Maintain knowledge of organizational operations and legal documentation to ensure compliance and support strategic goals.

• Conduct thorough legal research and contribute to the development of the company’s strategic plans regarding legal actions.

• Oversee statutory filings and licensing forms while preserving all corporate records.

• Establish and manage new corporate entities and safeguard the organization’s intellectual property.

• Lead and manage a team responsible for human resources, benefits administration, onboarding, education, compliance, and property management functions.

Requirements

The Ideal In House Counsel Candidate will have:

• Proven experience in employment law, civil litigation, and corporate governance.

• Proficiency in legal tools and software, including Adobe Acrobat and HRMS systems.

• Strong background in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and contracts.

• Solid understanding of statutory filings, licensing forms, and corporate record preservation.

• Ability to manage a team and oversee multifaceted human resources and compliance functions.

• Expertise in handling subpoenas, depositions, and coordinating with external counsel.

• Familiarity with Pennsylvania state and federal court procedures.

• Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
