Senior Manager - Business Process Reengineering
We are seeking a Senior Managers to lead strategic initiatives focused on business process reengineering (BPR) within the accounting and finance teams. This role will drive process enhancements, support system implementations (e.g., SAP S4), and collaborate across departments to optimize operations, enhance reporting, and improve business performance. Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the analysis and redesign of finance processes, such as budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation, to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
+ Oversee the integration of financial systems and tools that align with reengineered workflows.
+ Act as the primary liaison for finance BPR initiatives, providing regular progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
+ Ensure financial reporting accuracy and develop KPIs to measure the success of new processes.
+ Uphold compliance with regulatory and internal control standards, mitigating risks associated with changes to processes and systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years of financial process improvement experience.
+ Familiarity with financial systems like SAP S/4 and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
+ Excellent collaboration, project management, and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and leadership.
+ Preferred qualifications include an MBA, CPA, CMA, or experience managing large-scale BPR initiatives.
