Description We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team in Woodbridge, Virginia. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse technologies, including computer hardware, operating systems, and networking tools. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues across multiple platforms, including Dell, IBM, and Apple devices.

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Mac operating systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform AB testing to verify system functionality and identify areas for improvement.

• Manage backups and recovery processes to safeguard data integrity.

• Set up and maintain network cable installations to support seamless connectivity.

• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues in a timely manner.

• Provide technical support for Apple devices and related peripherals.

• Collaborate with team members to implement system upgrades and enhancements.

• Document procedures and issue resolutions to improve service efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.

• Proficiency in working with Dell, IBM, and Apple technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Linux and Mac operating systems.

• Familiarity with AB testing methodologies and their application in IT environments.

• Experience with backup technologies and data recovery processes.

• Ability to install and maintain network cabling.

• Expertise in Active Directory for account and permission management.
