    Description

    Robert Half Consulting Teams is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team on a full-time basis. This unique and rewarding opportunity is ideal for bookkeepers who are ambitious, enjoy diverse projects, and excel at problem-solving while working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

    + Maintain and oversee all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company standards (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx).

    + Perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx).

    + Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, month-end closing, and reporting.

    + Handle accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and payroll processing with efficiency and accuracy.

    + Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support financial decision-making.

    + Take ownership of special projects, solving complex challenges through a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

    Requirements

    Bookkeeper qualifications that we're looking for

     

    + BS/AS/Certificate in Accounting, Finance/Business Administration or relative experience

    + 2+ years related work experience as a bookkeeper for small and medium sized companies

    + Advanced MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Formulas)

    + Experience using at least 2 ERP accounting software systems - QuickBooks, Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Yardi, MS Dynamics, Yardi Etc.

    + Passion for fixing and solving problems!
