Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join a team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This Contract to possible permanent position offers a blend of onsite and remote work, with the opportunity to grow into a Care Coordinator role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and empathy when interacting with families, while ensuring smooth intake processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage intake processes to ensure efficient onboarding of new clients and families.
• Communicate effectively with families, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information with empathy and professionalism.
• Utilize software platforms such as Central Reach and Microsoft Office Suite to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle inbound calls to assist with scheduling, authorizations, and benefit inquiries.
• Process billing functions and claims administration with attention to detail.
• Coordinate care transitions and support families during the intake and onboarding phases.
• Maintain compliance with organizational standards and clearances.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure all intake documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or customer service.
• Proficiency in using software tools such as CentralReach, Microsoft Office Suite, and intake platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an empathetic approach.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and manage scheduling, authorizations, and benefit functions efficiently.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and claim administration processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Availability to work onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Friday. TalentMatch®
