Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will leverage your financial expertise to support key business systems, deliver detailed reporting, and drive data-driven decision-making processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data using advanced data mining techniques to identify trends and opportunities.

• Develop and maintain detailed reports using Crystal Reports and other reporting tools.

• Manage and enhance business systems to support efficient financial operations.

• Collaborate with teams to optimize CRM processes and ensure accurate data usage.

• Assist in auditing and accounting functions to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Contribute to budgeting processes by providing valuable financial insights and forecasts.

• Support capital management efforts to maximize resource allocation and investment strategies.

• Utilize Confluence to document and share financial processes and system updates.

• Provide actionable recommendations based on detailed financial analysis.

• Work closely with stakeholders to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis or a related field.

• Proficiency in business systems and financial reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with financial operations.

• Hands-on experience with data mining techniques to extract and interpret complex datasets.

• Familiarity with accounting functions, auditing processes, and compliance requirements.

• Solid understanding of budgeting and capital management practices.

• Ability to use Confluence for documentation and collaboration.

• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
