Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will oversee credential tracking, compliance management, and records organization to support our Early Learning employees. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining regulatory and organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
• Track and update employee credentials, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.
• Monitor and document employees' progress on education plans while maintaining accurate records.
• Organize and manage employee documentation across systems, ensuring easy access and accurate reporting.
• Assist in processing compensation adjustments related to regulatory or organizational changes.
• Oversee Portable Background Checks (PBCs), ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
• Monitor the expiration of certifications, such as CDAs and First Aid cards, and coordinate timely renewals.
• Track mandatory training completion and expiration, following up on outstanding requirements as needed.
• Compile detailed reports for leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support internal and external audits by verifying compliance data and assisting with reviews.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to reporting processes to enhance workflow efficiency and data accuracy. Requirements • Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and UKG Pro.
• Strong experience with compliance tracking and auditing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records across various platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with credential tracking and certification management.
• Proven ability to compile and deliver accurate reports.
• Knowledge of mandatory training requirements, including bloodborne pathogens and first aid.
• Experience with optimizing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. TalentMatch®
