Description

We are looking for a second shift, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is essential in ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing excellent service to residents, clients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidates will be able to start immediately and demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, clients, staff, and visitors in a welcoming and detail-oriented manner.

• Direct visitors to appropriate locations or alert staff about individuals waiting.

• Monitor visitor activity for security purposes and report concerns to the program facilitator.

• Operate and manage the electronic security system effectively.

• Collaborate with fire and police departments during emergencies and assist in evacuations or fire drills.

• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and document management as needed.

• Respond to inquiries regarding residency in accordance with established procedures.

• Ensure compliance with security protocols and assist in maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements • Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.

• Familiarity with healthcare administration is preferred.

• Ability to operate electronic security systems and respond to emergencies efficiently.

• Strong organizational and clerical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Reliable and able to start immediately upon offer.
