The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for gathering data and updating the Parker ERP system with key supplier master data and part information. Solicit information from suppliers including RFQs, supplier certifications, country of origin, BIQ, and others.
+ Update Parker ERP system with new information from supplier.
+ Solicit Business Information Questionnaire (BIQ).
+ Collect COO and USMCA documentation when required.
+ Partner with key stakeholders to resolve invoice price discrepancies.
+ Assist with obsolescence data gathering process.
+ Manage government tooling process.
+ Update item category information.
+ Works with existing suppliers to request quotes from suppliers and ensures quotes received in timely manner.
+ All other duties and tasks as assigned.
+ Support company LEAN and High-Performance team objectives to promote company culture such as leading Kaizen problem solving, Starpoint & natural teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Use appropriate PPE for designated areas.
+ U.S. Citizenship or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.
+ High school diploma or GED required, associate's degree preferred.
+ 0–2 years of experience in supply chain or customer service-related roles required.
+ Strong proficiency in English communication—both written and verbal—as well as interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners.
+ Strong analytical and technical abilities to understand and support business practices.
+ Exceptional organizational skills.
+ Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems to efficiently perform job responsibilities.
