    The Modernization Displacement and Repair Site Supervisor also known as the MDRS Supervisor is primarily responsible for planning, directing, and managing the supply, maintenance, accountability, storage, documentation, production control, and transportation activities in support of Modernization Displacement and Repair Division (MDRD) operations. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of approximately 30 personnel with varying labor categories, including supply/logistics, maintenance and transportation. Overseeing the receipt, storage, staging and transporting off installation of Class VII heavy mobile tactical and non-tactical vehicles, communications and electronics equipment, small arms weapons and weapon systems . Must be capable of developing presentations to brief Senior Army and Corporate executive leaders. Experienced in developing, interpreting and evaluating contracted supply, maintenance and transportation capabilities, performance data, and statistical information; and makes recommendations regarding supply, maintenance and transportation o perations. Allocates resources to effectively meet mission objectives. Sustains a safe and secure work environment encompassed with V2X values and code of conduct. Performs other duties as assigned by program leadership

    Responsibilities

    Major Responsibilities:

    + Assigned as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and principal point of contact in communication for all stakeholders.

    + Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationship with the MDRS Manager.

    + Reviews, interprets and ensures all operations are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

    + Ensures all operations meet designated Performance Requirement Standards (PRS) contract objectives.

    + Attends scheduled meetings and ensures all required reports are submitted on time; this includes Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) reports.

    + Coordinates and schedules turn-ins with supported units.

    + Interfaces with customers on supply and maintenance activities, serves as conduit for work initiation and completion.

    + Monitors all transactions completed in Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) at the Property Book and Maintenance level.

    + Manages all functions related to automated and accountable records, including receipts, turn-ins, any property book adjustments, and lateral transfers.

    + Ensures all supply transactions are completed in accordance with AR 710-2, DA Pam 710-2-1 and other applicable Army regulations.

    + Oversees warehouse and arms room functions and operations.

    + Establishes, maintains and submits progress reports as directed.

    + Technically familiar with the maintenance and operations of small, medium and large Army tactical and non-tactical wheeled, tracked and power generation equipment.

    + Implements, monitors and oversees safety processes and practices.

    + Develops and performs analysis of operational performance standards to measure effectiveness and determine methods to increase overall operational management efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

    + Prioritizes the maintenance workload to support mission based on established priorities.

    + Ensures work orders are maintained as prescribed in AR 750-1 and DA Pam 750-8.

    + Tracks and analyzes and reports on metrics related to project performance and man power utilization. This includes data retrieved from GCSS-A.

    + Prepares and maintain production reports, man-hours required/expended, and cost incurred.

    + Plans, directs and manages personnel and required resources for day-to-day mission support.

    + Job duties and responsibilities may charge due to contractual requirements.

    + Performs other duties as assigned by program leadership or to meet organizational/operational objectives

    Work Environment:

    + Majority of work will typically be in an office environment. However, there will be requirements to work in a warehouse and outdoors environment.

    + There may be times when an employee is exposed to extreme hot and cold weather conditions.

    + A normal work week is 40 hours (5 days a week).

    + There may be times when an employee is exposed to extreme hot and cold weather conditions.

    + Must be willing to work additional hours when mission requires.

    + Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.

    + Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance and a minimum of 5lbs.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

    + The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education/Certifications:

    + Must have comprehensive knowledge of supply and services, maintenance and transportation operations, as well as Army governing regulations, policies and procedures.

    + Must have the ability to work independently and in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.

    + Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with subordinates, peers and senior personnel.

    + Above average knowledge of the logistic information polices, process and system that pertain to Maintenance, Supply and Services, and Transportation Services.

    + Knowledge and experience with Logistic Information System, such as Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistic Information Warehouse (LIW), and Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)/FEDLOG.

    + GCSS-A certified at the property book or maintenance level.

    + Organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills, possessing basic proficiency in English language (reading & writing).

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and SharePoint is required.

    + Must have or able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).

    + Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship, such as a birth certificate or US Passport.

    + Secret level security clearance is perferred.

    + Must have a valid real ID/State Driver's License with no restrictions.

    + Must be able to maintain driving privileges aboard the Fort Liberty Military Installation.

    + Material and Equipment Directly Used:

    + Extensive use of a desktop computer and multi-functional device.

    + Steel Toe shoes may be required.

    + Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas. Such PPE includes, but is not limited to: head, foot, hand, vision and hearing protective devices.

    Experience:

    + Must have ten (10) years of logistics or maintenance management experience at the division or brigade level.

    + Must have eight (8) years’ experience in creating work schedules, work instructions, external and internal standard operating procedures.

    + Must have knowledge and experience in process improvement techniques and strategies.

    + Must have knowledge in identifying and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    + Must have knowledge and experience in interpreting Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL) contract objectives.

    Skills:

    + Ability to oversee the day-to-day logistics, maintenance and transportation activities of a division or brigade sized operation.

    + Supervisory/Budget Responsibilities:

    + Supervise approximately 86 personnel.
