    **Job Summary:** Proactive and organized team player to support the heartbeat of our agent network. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the center of operations—coordinating agent setups, managing third-party carrier requests, and generating key reports that drive informed decisions. You’ll play a crucial part in onboarding new agents, preparing contracts, and processing permit orders to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. Provide ongoing training and support to agents and internal teams, and help to optimize workflows across our platforms.

    **Location:** Birmingham, AL

    **Job Schedule:** Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Support the daily functions of the agent network

    + Process orders for setting up new customers

    + Process carriers set up for 3rd party capacity insurance requests for customers/3rd party carriers

    + Setting up agents in operating systems

    + Setting up agents in 3rd party platforms for load tendering and load boards

    + Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reporting of statistics for all agents

    + Assist in processing new applicants for the agent network fleet of trucks

    + Provide backup to permit ordering for the agent network including overweight/overlength/overheight shipments

    + Communicate to the agent network daily/weekly/monthly/yearly any new updates

    + Create new agent contracts for both parties to sign

    + Create new agent credentials and request access to all tools

    + Provide training to agents and employees and supply continued support
