    Job Description Helping Hands Home Care Service specializes in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals. Helping Hands is rapidly expanding and looking for Scheduler to work  * Wednesday 10:30 pm – 8:30 am Thursday   * Thursday 4:30 pm – 8:30 am Friday * Friday 4:30 pm – Sunday 6:30 am   This is a home base position.  Scheduler will be trained in the office during normal business hours.      We offer: * Paid Time Off * Medical Benefits * Competitive Salary * Direct Deposit * 401K * On Job Paid Training * Holiday Pay * Armco Credit Union Bank Account Eligibility Duties: * Responsible for answering calls that come into office. Must possess proper phone etiquette and customer service skills. * Ensure the compliance of employees with state regulations. * Responsible for maintaining email account and correspondence. * Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities. * Maintain ongoing liaison between management, personnel, service coordination agencies, and clients. * Assist with organizational needs of office. * Enforce policies for all agency administrative functions. * Represent the agency at community functions and professional organizations. * Performs other duties as assigned.
